I ordered a calculator late Monday night that I needed by Wednesday. I communicated with Jake several times via email and once on the phone throughout the next day. I am a first-time customer but will definitely purchase items from Underwood Distributing Company if I have a need for their products in the future. I purchased an authentic Texas Instruments battery and replacement charging cord for a TI-84 calculator. The cost of these two name brand products with shipping was still less than the cost of the battery alone through Amazon! Each item came wrapped individually in bubble wrap then placed in a bubble wrap mailer. Shipping was also very quick. I can't say enough about how impressed I have been from start to finish with my purchase.

I placed this order and I believe it was the next day, someone got in touch with me to tell me that they didn't have the specific item in stock to ship out right away, that it would be coming the week after. They gave me the option to keep my order or to get a refund. I told them I didn't mind waiting a bit longer. I got what I ordered, exactly as I had expected it! Customer service was amazing and exceeded every expectation!

The blue and yellow design perfectly matches our favorite team's colors—the SDSU Jackrabbits. It's a fun way to show some school spirit while getting school work done. The calculator works great, and the vibrant colors make it easy to spot and not confused with other students' calculators. Highly recommend for any South Dakota State Jackrabbits fan!
