Calculators, no matter how careful your students are, will probably end up broken. Because of this, Underwood Distributing Co. offers bulk repair services on all TI graphing calculator models. Here's how it works:
Eligibility Requirements
To use our bulk calculator repair services, your school must meet the following requirements:
- At least 5 calculators must be sent for repair
- Calculators must be property of the school and cannot be student property
Calculator Repair Timeline
So you're curious as to how long it will take to have your calculators repaired? Honestly, that's a pretty good question. In the months of July, August, September, January, and February, you can expect the process to take about two weeks. During the rest of the year, the repair process will take about a week in most circumstances.

What's your success rate?
Good question! We're usually able to repair about 60% of the calculators sent in. Please be aware that occasionally, we're not able to repair any. It greatly depends on what is wrong with the calculators, what specific models they are, and if there have been prior repair attempts performed on the calculators.
How does shipping work?
It's simple. You'll ship the calculators to our repair center at your cost. If we successfully repair the calculators, we charge a flat fee of $6.99 for return shipping. If we're shipping back one calculator, return shipping is $6.99. For fifty calculators, its still $6.99!
Do you warranty the repairs?
We sure do! All repairs will come with a 1-year warranty on the repair of the calculator.
