What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept credit cards, procurement cards, debit cards, checks, wires, bank transfers, and even cash. If you have any special payment requirements, reach out and we will see what we can do.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Free shipping is available for orders over $5,000!

Do you ship internationally?  

We ship domestically to all 50 states and US Territories.

Do you accept international payments?  

We do not accept payments from cards with international billing addresses or cards issued by international banks.

Do you offer student discounts? 

We do not offer students discounts. 

I ordered software and didn’t receive a code. What do I do?  

We will send you your activation code within one business day to the email provided at checkout. Codes are not automatically sent. If it has been over one business day, check your junk and spam folders for an email from hello@underwooddist.com. If you are still not able to locate the code, please reach out to us by calling (800) 753-3570 or emailing hello@underwooddistributing.com.

Product Warranty, Support, and Returns 

Do your products come with any warranties? 

All products sold by Underwood Distributing Co. are backed by a manufacturer 1-Year Limited Warranty. We also offer warranty assistance, so if your product ever goes "poof," just reach out to us and we will walk you through the warranty process.

What do I do if my calculator isn’t working properly?

How do I return an item? 

To return an item, please email us at hello@underwooddist.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Please Note: A 10%-90% restocking fee maybe charged if goods are not returned in originals condition.

My calculator is out of manufacturer warranty and not working. Can you help me?

Please reach out to us via email at hello@underwooddist.com. We may be able to repair your calculator. Give us a brief description of the issue(s), calculator model(s), and quantity. We’ll let you know if your calculator(s) can be repaired and provide a quote for the cost of the service.

I’m ready to get rid of my old calculator(s). Can you take them off my hands? 

Yes! We’d be happy to take your used calculator(s). Please reach out to us via email at hello@underwooddist.com and provide images (front & back) of the calculator(s). We’ll let you know if we are able to take the items off your hands in exchange for store credit.

Can you repair my calculator? 

Yes! We may be able to repair your calculator. Please reach out to us via email at hello@underwooddist.com. Give us a brief description of the issue(s), calculator model(s), quantity, and any relevant image(s). We’ll let you know if your calculator(s) can be repaired and provide a quote for the cost of the service.

Are you a part of any purchasing cooperatives?

Do you accept purchase orders? 

Yes, we do! You can email a copy of your PO to hello@underwooddist.com, fax it to (616) 245-5533, upload it at www.underwooddistributing.com/pages/submit-a-po, or mail it to PO Box 613, Clarkdale, GA 30111.  

What happens after I submit a PO? 

Thank you for your order!  

  1. Once we receive your PO, we’ll review it and email you with confirmation of receipt. We’ll communicate any needed revisions or additional information.  
  2. We will begin processing your order immediately after receipt.  
  3. Your order will be shipped within 0-2 business days, depending on inventory availability. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as it becomes available. 
  4. Your order will be delivered to you within 5 business days of shipping.  
  5. Once delivered, we will send you an invoice payable within 30 days via email. 
I’m working on setting up Underwood Distributing Co. as a vendor for my school or district. Who should I reach out to?

Do you offer calculator rentals? 

Yes, we do offer some calculator rental programs. Please reach out to us via email at hello@underwooddist.com for more information. Let us know the calculator models, quantity and rental length needed. We’ll let you know if we are able to assist and provide a quote for the rental costs along with a rental agreement.

Sales Tax and Tax Exempted Organizations 

How do I order from you if my organization is tax-exempt? 

Take a screenshot of your cart and email it to us at hello@underwooddist.com along with a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate. List your billing and shipping addresses in the body of your email; you can list “Tax-Exempt Order” as your email subject. A representative will reach out to you with a tax-exempt invoice and payment link to complete your purchase!

My order has sales tax in the total, but my organization is tax exempt. What do I do? 

Reach out to us at hello@underwooddist.comand include a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate. List your billing and shipping addresses in the body of your email; you can list “Tax-Exempt Order” and your order number as your email subject. A representative will reach out to you!

What states do you collect sales tax in? 

We are collect and remit sales tax in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. 

Texas Instruments Rewards Program 

What are Ti-Rewards points? 

Most purchases of educational products from Texas Instruments have a redeemable point value. Calculators in retail packaging have a section on the back of the packaging labeled as “TI Technology Rewards Program” with a respective point value that can be cut out. How do I redeem my points? 

There are two ways to redeem the points you’ve collected: (1) physically mail them to Texas Instruments or (2) submit a qualifying invoice to Texas Instruments via email. 

How do I physically mail my points to Texas Instruments?  

Compose a letter with your school letterhead letting TI know how many points have been included and which reward(s) you would like to receive in exchange for your points. Enclose the letter, along with the required points, in an envelope, then mail them to one of the following addresses.  

For letters sent through USPS:

How do I submit a qualifying invoice to Texas Instruments for point redemption?  

The principal or math/science coordinator of your school will need to email ti-cares@ti.com with the following: 

  1. A letter written by the principal or math/science coordinator of your school with your school letterhead letting TI know how many points have been collected and which reward(s) you would like to redeem the points for.  
  2. Copies of the Purchase Order or Shipping Invoice dated within 1 year must be included to validate the points.  
  3. (Optional) If you are an educator at a college or university, you will need to submit this information alongside this TRP form
