Because orders are processed and shipped within 0–2 business days, it's important to reach out to us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or make a change. The best way to do this is to contact us directly:

Please include your order number and the change or cancellation you need. We're a small, flexible business and will do everything we can to accommodate your request before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you would need to follow our standard return process instead.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use that tracking number directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on which warehouse fulfilled your order) to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you submitted a purchase order, tracking is emailed as soon as it becomes available, and delivery is expected within 5 business days of shipment. We ship orders from four different locations across the United States and automatically route your order from the location that can get it to you fastest.
