Classroom TI-Innovator Activities

The goal of these 10-minute activities is to get kids comfortable with the basics of coding and computer programming. Learn the basics of Python and create a simple program that asks for your name and says, "Hello," or learn more and more until you can make the Rover explore a predefined pattern. There are no major skill prerequisites, so even kids who have never done code before can complete the challenges. The activities are designed to appeal to both boys and girls. They can be done independently or with a parent or teacher.

These projects focus on utilizing the Ti-Innovator Hub along with the Ti-Innovator Rover in Science! Explore the relationship between time, distance, and speed. Create a pedigree for your TI-Rover by testing for Color Blindness, flinching, and whether or not the Rover cries in the dark.
