This item is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original consumer purchase in the United States. If a defect exists during the warranty period, Calculated Industries will replace the product at no charge.

To get started, fill out the Return Authorization Request Form on the Calculated Industries website.

Within one business day, Calculated Industries will determine if returning the product can be avoided by having the Technical Support department contact you. If a replacement or repair is determined necessary, they will provide return instructions.
