Terms and Conditions for Special Pricing

Eligibility

  • The special pricing offer is available exclusively to schools that have an attending teacher at the T³ International Conference.
  • To qualify, the attending teacher must complete the special pricing registration on our designated website at underwooddistributing.com/t3ic.
  • Registration for special pricing must be completed on or before April 1, 2025. Registrations received after this cutoff may not be honored.
  • A school becomes eligible for special pricing only upon the successful registration of its attending teacher via the specified website.

Validity of the Special Pricing Offer

  • Special pricing is effective immediately upon the eligible teacher’s registration.
  • This offer remains valid until May 31, 2025, or until supplies run out—whichever occurs first.
  • The availability of special pricing is subject to the limited supply of inventory available for this special pricing offer; no extensions or exceptions will be made once supplies are exhausted.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for orders placed under this special pricing must be made via Check, Wire Transfer, or Bank Transfer.
  • Orders paid using Credit Cards, Procurement Cards, or Debit Cards will incur a 3% convenience fee.
  • Use of non-approved payment methods (Credit Cards, Procurement Cards, or Debit Cards) without accepting the convenience fee will result in the order being ineligible for the special pricing.

Additional Charges and Fees

  • Shipping and handling charges may apply.
  • Pricing does not includes sales tax. Exemption certificates can be emailed to hello@underwooddist.com.

General Provisions

  • By registering for special pricing and placing an order, the eligible school agrees to these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional guidelines provided by the conference organizers.
  • The conference organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms as necessary. Any changes will be promptly communicated to eligible schools.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
